چکیده
Automobile spray painters are often prone to chemical toxicity due their routine work. This study was aimed at the occupational effect of painting fumes on some biochemical parameters in automobile painters. Five milliliters blood specimen were collected into lithium heparin anti-coagulated bottles from twenty five with ≤ 10 years working experience (experimental group one), ≥ 11 two) and non-automobile which monitored as control respectively. After this, plasma alanine aminotransferase, aspartate C-reactive protein, urea creatinine measured quantitatively using a spectrophotometer. The mean values all showed no statistically significant differences (p>0.05) compared that exception while those (p<0.05) aminotransferase protein however, (p>0.05). In conclusion, concentration may be altered experience, thus these should regularly within this category

Work-related asthma in automobile spray painters: two case reports.
This report describes two patients who had developed asthma after working as automobile painters with isocyanate-based aerosol paint for two years or over. In both patients asthma was confirmed using the standard diagnostic procedure. One of the subjects was atopic. One was ex-smoker and the other had never smoked. Neither had a family history of asthma. The symptoms occurred after workplace ex...
متن کاملMusculoskeletal exposure of manual spray painting in the woodworking industry – an ergonomic study on painters
In the present study the ergonomic conditions of manual spray painting in the woodworking industry have been studied. Manual spray painting is, despite rationalisations, quite common in the Swedish woodworking industry. Interviews with spray painters showed that they had higher prevalence of musculoskeletal symptoms in their right shoulder compared with other workers with manual work. A majorit...
متن کاملExposure to lead, cadmium and chromium among spray painters in automobile body repair shops.
Environmental and biological monitoring of lead, cadmium and chromium levels in spray painters is reported. All of the study subjects worked in automobile body repair shops that had no standard spraying room. They were divided into 2 groups, those who wore an aerosol-removing respirator while spraying (n=20) and those who did not wear the respirator (n=50). Air in the breathing zone of each sub...
متن کاملPulmonary Toxicity among Car Spray Painters By
Associations between isocyanate exposure and respiratory health effects have received little attention despite the extensive use of isocyanate compounds. Spray painters comprise a large population at risk, with potentially high isocyanate exposure because most lacquers contain hexamethylene diisocyanate. Repeated pulmonary function testing is not sufficient to diagnose and evaluate pulmonary to...
